Job Description
We seek a reliable entry-level custodian to clean and maintain assigned office buildings, facilities, and grounds. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, walls, furniture, and restrooms; operating vacuums, carpet cleaners, scrubbers, buffers, and waxers; removing trash; moving furniture; setting up rooms; and assisting with grounds and lawn equipment. Position may require minor repairs, ladder or scaffolding work, and travel between buildings.
