Job Description
Twinwaters Entertainment Center seeks a full-time CRM Executive to lead customer data, loyalty, and engagement across restaurants, lounges, gaming, and leisure operations. You will design and implement data-driven CRM strategies to grow the guest database, create loyalty and rewards programs, execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, and digital), optimize guest journeys, and track retention, conversion, and lifetime value.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in CRM or data-driven marketing (hospitality preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms and databases, strong analytical ability, and effective stakeholder management.
