Job Description

SWATX is actively looking for a dynamic CRM & Billing Technical Lead with extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of our enterprise CRM and billing systems. The candidate must demonstrate outstanding leadership and technical acumen, as well as a commitment to delivering scalable and high-performance solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, overseeing system integrations, handling customizations, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the reliability and security of the system.

We are seeking applicants with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and other related technologies.
