Job Description
PayGo Phone seeks a Country Retail Manager to lead nationwide retail operations, drive sales growth, and expand distribution channels. You will define and execute retail strategy, oversee store networks and regional teams, optimize inventory and merchandising, and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement retail plans aligned with corporate goals
- Manage P&L, store performance, and field teams
- Use data-driven insights to improve sales and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain to support launches and promotions
Requirements: 5+ years in retail leadership, strong P&L and people management experience, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel.
