Job Description
PepsiCo is looking for a dedicated Cost & Financial Analyst to assist our Financial Managers in generating comprehensive financial reports, implementing operational controls, and delivering insightful financial analysis. This role requires collaboration with multiple departments, executing sophisticated analyses, preparing financial summaries, and assessing cost structures for accuracy.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, hold a professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or CIMA), and have 4-5 years of relevant experience in management accounting or financial planning, preferably within the FMCG sector. Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
