Job Description
Situated on Lagos Island, H. Pierson Associate Limited is a distinguished consulting firm comprised of over 40 experienced professionals, offering management consulting services throughout Nigeria and across Africa.
We are seeking a Corporate Learning & Development Officer to develop curricula for corporate clients, oversee course delivery, foster business development, and conduct thorough client needs assessments.
Qualifications: A minimum of a 2.1 bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of experience in corporate Learning & Development, expertise in curriculum development, proficiency in B2B business development, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month
