Job Description
EvolvateHR is currently seeking a dedicated Corporate Lawyer to oversee all legal matters within our organization. The key responsibilities for this role include managing legal risks, providing expert legal advice on corporate governance, drafting and negotiating contracts, and representing the company in legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary starting at ₦200,00.00, with a travel requirement of 75%. The selected candidate will work closely with management to ensure compliance and deliver training on legal issues.
