Job Summary:
Kreditek Stride Limited is seeking a results-oriented Cooperative Administrator to drive our revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives focused on membership conversion and retention, merging operational management skills with a strong business development acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement targeted marketing strategies for membership acquisition.
- Oversee the daily operations of the cooperative.
- Lead the marketing team to achieve performance goals.
- Enhance member relationships to increase retention rates.
- Ensure adherence to cooperative regulations.
Requirements:
