Job Description
Candix Engineering Nigeria Ltd is seeking a meticulous and strategic Contract Manager to oversee, draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies, while minimizing risks and securing advantageous terms.
Responsibilities: Draft and review contracts, monitor performance, collaborate with legal and operational teams, maintain a contract repository, manage change requests, and support dispute resolution efforts.
Requirements: A B.Eng or HND in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, along with 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in contract management. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are essential, with proficiency in contract management software considered an advantage.
