Job Description
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Lorache Consulting is looking for a passionate culinary professional to join our team as a Continental Chef. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff to prepare a diverse range of exquisite dishes that adhere to international culinary standards.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage a designated kitchen section.
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes as per the menu.
- Ensure food quality, manage inventory, and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate in menu development with the Head Chef.
Requirements:
- Culinary Degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong culinary knowledge and HACCP certification required.
