Job Description
Intelligent Network Services, in partnership with an agricultural support company, is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Contact Centre Staff based in Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT).
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and address queries.
- Make outbound calls to resolve issues.
- Review and update callers’ information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service.
- Train new employees on policies.
- Document service improvements.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, B.Sc in Plant Science or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hausa; Yoruba or Igbo is a plus.
