Job Description
Kennedia Consulting, a professional HR service firm in West Africa, is seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Agent to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. As a pivotal point of contact, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions efficiently, resolve complaints, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team members to meet performance goals.
Requirements: BSC degree (minimum 2:2), completed NYSC, up to 26 years old, with at least one year of customer service experience. Strong communication skills are essential.
Salary: N102,00/month (includes 13th month, HMO, pension).
