Job Description
Location: Sabo Yaba, Lagos

The Team Lead will supervise and manage call centre agents to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role involves monitoring daily activities, providing coaching, managing escalated calls, and preparing reports.
Qualifications: Min. 5 years in Health Insurance, 5 years in Medical field, 3 years in a managerial role, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
