Job Description
Kennedia Consulting Limited is looking for a committed and professional Contact Centre Agent to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions effectively.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Keep precise records in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Completion of NYSC mandatory.
- Fluency in Hausa is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Aged 26 or younger at the time of application.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
Salary: N101,00 per month.
