Job Description
Bukka Hut Restaurant, a rapidly growing organization with nearly 20 outlets in Lagos, is seeking candidates for the position of Contact Center Agent located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Making and receiving calls.
- Processing customer orders.
- Providing essential customer support and information.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Managing customer complaints or inquiries.
Requirements: OND in any field, minimum 1 year of customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: N70,00 – N80,00 monthly.
