Job Description
Benarc Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a successful history of delivering complex projects punctually and within budget constraints. In this role, you will supervise all stages of construction, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and final closeout.
Responsibilities: Oversee multiple commercial and residential projects, collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients, ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards, lead project teams, and effectively address on-site challenges as they arise.
Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years in project management, exceptional leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction codes, and proficiency in project management software are essential for this position.
