Job Description
Prestigious Homes Limited, a distinguished luxury home builder, is actively seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Construction Manager in Lagos. We are dedicated to creating majestic homes that exemplify superior craftsmanship and exquisite architectural designs.
We invite applications from both Junior and Senior Level Engineers/Builders with relevant experience from esteemed construction firms such as Elalan, Julius Berger, and Cappa D’Alberto.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in site and project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes.
- Proficient in managing schedules, budgets, and workforce effectively.
- Exemplary professionalism and leadership skills.
Salary: N250,00 – N400,00 monthly (negotiable).
