Job Description
Elyon Technik Limited is looking for a qualified Building (Construction) Engineer to lead and oversee construction projects from beginning to end. The successful candidate will have a solid background in structural integrity, site supervision, project scheduling, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and finalize building construction projects.
- Interpret architectural drawings and ensure compliance on-site.
- Supervise site activities and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Develop project budgets and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and building regulations.
- Monitor quality and proactively address construction challenges.
- Communicate with consultants and regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of practical experience in construction projects.
- COREN certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or Revit is a plus.
