Job Description
The Advancement Place is seeking a Confidential Secretary to manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, safeguard documents, and ensure restricted access to confidential files. Additionally, you will monitor office supplies and ensure the executive’s office is well-equipped.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
