Job Description
We are seeking a Compounding Weighing Lead to ensure precise weighing and preparation of materials within the compounding team. The role includes supervising staff, enforcing SOPs and GMP compliance, maintaining accurate batch records, performing in-process quality checks, and managing raw material inventory.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy or chemistry technician certificate preferred; minimum 3 years’ experience in compounding or pharmaceutical weighing roles.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic arithmetic, leadership, excellent communication, and familiarity with GMP and safety procedures.
- Working conditions: standing shifts, mandatory PPE use, and accountability for accuracy under production timelines.
