Job Description
Workforce Group in Mushin seeks a full-time Compounding Operator (₦165,00/month). The successful candidate will operate and maintain compounding equipment, prepare emulsions, and strictly follow SOPs and safety procedures. Key duties include coordinating raw materials with the Weighing Operator, ensuring zero bulk waiting time at filling lines, completing accurate production documentation, and supporting routine equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
- BSc or HND in Sciences or Engineering (Second Class Lower or above preferred)
- 1–3 years’ experience in FMCG or cosmetics manufacturing
- Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in MS Office advantageous
- Experience with manufacturing change projects and strong adherence to operational checklists
