Job Description
The Vault Recruitment seeks a Compliance & Administration Specialist to ensure NDPR and sector regulatory compliance, maintain policies, registers, contracts, and audit-ready records, and support operations and service delivery. This full-time, hybrid position reports to the Founder/Managing Director and is based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (₦250,00/month).
- Manage onboarding documentation, filing systems, SLAs/NDAs, and contract renewals.
- Track statutory filings and deadlines; advise on regulatory and data protection changes.
- Maintain audit-ready records and assist with client communications and internal reports.
Qualifications: 3+ years in compliance or regulatory support (regulated sectors preferred), strong data protection knowledge, excellent organization, attention to detail, and clear written communication.
