Job Description
ELVARIDAH is seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Head of the Salary Business Segment. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies that drive salary account acquisition, deposit growth, and credit solutions specifically designed for salaried employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless salary processing, establishing payroll partnerships, and promoting financial products that cater to employees’ needs.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred). A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail banking or financial product management is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
