Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Officer to design, administer, and enhance competitive, compliant pay structures and employee benefit programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis; maintain compensation frameworks.
- Manage benefits administration and coordinate payroll processes; ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Support compensation analytics, reporting, and periodic policy updates.
- Collaborate with HR and finance to implement improvements and resolve inquiries.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or related field; minimum 2 years’ experience in compensation and benefits; strong analytical skills; familiarity with labor law and payroll systems.
