Job Description
Fezotech Nigeria Limited is looking for a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Assistant to enhance our Human Resources team in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time position involves accurate payroll processing and effective management of employee attendance, leave, and overtime records. The role also includes ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and providing assistance with payroll-related inquiries.
The ideal candidate will possess an HND or BSc, have proven experience in payroll administration, be proficient in payroll software and MS Excel, and have a solid understanding of payroll laws. Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills are essential for success in this role.
