Job Description

AO2LAW, a premier provider of comprehensive legal services in the Technology, Energy & Infrastructure, and Finance sectors, is in search of a qualified Company Secretary. This full-time hybrid role is located in Lekki, offering some flexibility for remote work.

The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, maintaining statutory records, coordinating board meetings, and providing sound legal counsel. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of post-call experience in corporate governance and hold at least a 2:1 degree in BL/LLB. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
