Reports to: Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation and maintain high cleanliness standards to ensure a smooth operating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking under supervision.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations.
- Follow recipes and production procedures accurately.
- Ensure proper food storage and handling.
- Support the kitchen team in plating and dispatching dishes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / OND (culinary certification is a plus).
- 1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
- Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Must be disciplined and able to work flexible hours.
