Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic Legal team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, providing legal advice on disputes, ensuring compliance with laws, conducting legal research, and supporting business projects.
Qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree, Bar qualification, and 3-4 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills are essential.
