Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial and Finance Manager (Collections) to lead credit and collections operations, optimize cash flow, and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO). The role includes developing commercial credit policies, negotiating repayment plans, overseeing a collections team, conducting credit risk assessments, reconciling accounts receivable, and delivering timely reports to senior management.
