Job Description
Strivo Labs is seeking a Collections & Recovery Manager to lead loan collections and recovery operations for a Lagos-based client. You will design and execute strategies across early to late delinquency stages, oversee in-house teams and third-party partners, monitor PAR, roll rates and recovery metrics, streamline workflows and escalation procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Qualifications: 3–7 years in collections, proven team management, knowledge of loan products and legal recovery processes, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
