Job Description
Lbev Nigeria seeks a full-time Collections Agent based at 134 Awolowo Way, Ikeja. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1:00 PM–2:00 PM break.
Primary responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Resolve customer queries and disputes professionally
- Achieve individual and team collection targets
