Job Description
The Human Resources department is actively seeking an enthusiastic Collection Officer to join our team in the Ikeja Area of Lagos. In this full-time position, you will oversee debt collection activities, analyze financial data, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure timely receipt of payments. We offer a competitive salary of 50,00, in addition to commission and bonuses, with a flexible hybrid work model that permits three days of remote work each week.
Candidates should possess strong debt collection and financial skills, along with analytical capabilities and exceptional communication skills. Previous experience in collections or finance is advantageous, and a minimum qualification of SSCE is required.
