Job Description
Careers Verified is actively seeking motivated and experienced Collection Agents to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from customers, ensuring prompt payments, and maintaining strong customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with customers to recover outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans to facilitate timely payments.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and payment agreements.
- Achieve monthly collection goals.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications:
