Requirements:

• Education: HND (Upper Credit) or BSc (Second Class Lower or Upper) in any field.
• Experience: 1-2 years as a collection officer or contact center agent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Proactive and resilient mindset.
• Applicants must be 28 years old or younger.
