Job Description
The Club Manager at Arcadia by Paradise plays a crucial role in ensuring the nightclub operates efficiently and profitably while upholding our brand’s reputation for vibrant entertainment. We are looking for an experienced leader who can effectively manage staff, boost sales, and foster an energetic atmosphere during club nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily club operations.
- Manage and train staff, including bartenders, waitstaff, and security personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries.
- Plan events and promotions to enhance attendance and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with safety and licensing regulations.
