Job Description
We seek a Clinical Specialist to support our Trust & Safety team by reviewing and triaging clinical content, advising on policies related to medical harm and misinformation, and supporting incident response. The role includes developing clinician-facing guidance, analyzing case trends, collaborating with engineering, product, and legal teams, delivering training, and ensuring adherence to healthcare and privacy standards.
Qualifications:
- Clinical degree (MD, NP, PA, RN) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated judgment in content moderation and risk assessment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
