Job Description
HRPayHub seeks a proactive, articulate Client Support Officer based in Abeokuta to act as the primary client contact across phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media. You will manage inquiries and CRM follow-ups, assist digital marketing with posts and comments, produce short video or voice presentations, and coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve client experience.
- Requirements: strong written and spoken English;
- familiarity with social media and basic computer skills;
- customer service or call center experience preferred;
- comfortable with short recordings; available full time.
