Job Description
We are seeking a Client Services Representative to deliver exceptional client support, manage account relationships, and coordinate solutions across internal teams. Core responsibilities include responding to phone, email, and chat inquiries; maintaining accurate CRM records; escalating and resolving client issues; and assisting with client onboarding and contract renewals. The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, proven problem-solving skills, familiarity with CRM platforms, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
