Job Description
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to manage client communications, schedule meetings, coordinate projects, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, maintain accurate CRM records, prepare routine reports, and support billing and onboarding activities.
- Qualifications: 1–3 years of client-facing experience; strong organizational and communication skills.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; customer-first attitude; strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and prioritization abilities.
