Job Description
Philban Consulting Ltd is seeking a dedicated and professional Client Services Administrative Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries, and addressing complaints in a courteous manner. You will maintain office supplies, ensure confidentiality of files, and coordinate schedules while keeping everyone updated with necessary company information.
Your duties will also include providing exceptional customer service, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and introducing additional products and services. Occasional off-site travel may be required.

Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
