Job Description
Spronks Creations Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Officer for a full-time position in Abuja. You will manage dining and event reservations, client interactions, and ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include processing orders, recommending services, and addressing guest concerns.
The ideal candidate is attentive, personable, and possesses excellent communication skills. Experience with ultra-HNIs clients and knowledge of the luxury lifestyle is essential. Candidates should be aged 23-30, with a minimum height of 5ft 8″. Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
