Job Description
Gems Communications Ltd is seeking a Client Service Manager to maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. This full-time position is based in Lagos and offers a salary of NGN 250,00 – 400,00, negotiable.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a degree (HND/BSc) in a relevant field. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing innovative client retention strategies, and preparing regular reports. Proficiency in CRM tools and excellent communication skills are essential.
