Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Manager at Etu Odi Communications to oversee Pitch and RFP submission processes. You will develop strategic plans, source new business, and manage client relationships through effective communication. Responsibilities include converting client briefs into creative briefs, coordinating processes, and presenting creative work.
The ideal candidate will conduct competitive reviews, ensure project deadlines and budgets are met, and work with Finance to manage billing.
This is a full-time, permanent position, and the work is not remote.
