Job Description
Location: Yaba, Lagos
HCI Healthcare is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Retention Officer to join our team. This crucial role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Quickly address client concerns to ensure positive experiences.
- Monitor accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve client retention.
- Provide feedback and reports on client interactions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 2-3 years of experience in client relations; excellent communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
