Job Description
Redswitch is a dynamic consultancy firm focused on enhancing business performance through tailored solutions. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Client Relationship Officer in Abuja (FCT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback.
- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
- Represent the company in meetings.
- Report key client updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years experience in client management or travel industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary: N150,00 – N250,00 monthly.
