Role Overview

The Client Acquisition Executive will focus on sourcing and onboarding new clients for Brielle Consulting’s HR consulting and business support services.

What You Will Be Acquiring Clients For

Recruitment and HR consulting engagements

Payroll and HR outsourcing services

CV revamp and career services

Corporate training programmes

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients

Convert prospects into paying clients

Build and manage client pipelines

Meet defined acquisition targets

Support onboarding and client handover

Probation, Salary & Commission Structure

Commission only during probation

No salary during probation

Salary eligibility begins after confirmation

Commission applies on net revenue received

Requirements

Client acquisition or sales experience

Strong relationship management skills

Ability to work remotely and independently
