Minimum Qualification: Licensed/Registered Nurse

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Claims Officer to serve as the clinical liaison between our Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), healthcare providers, and enrolled members. This role entails monitoring incoming requests, issuing clinical authorizations, and ensuring enrollees receive appropriate and timely care.

Key Responsibilities include triaging calls, processing medical requests, providing expert guidance, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements: Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with managed care processes is advantageous.
