Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Security to lead strategy, risk management, and incident response to safeguard people, assets, and data. This role will develop and enforce security policies, oversee both physical and cyber security programs, conduct threat and vulnerability assessments, manage security budgets, and coordinate closely with executives and external partners.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing security team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and promote organization-wide security awareness.
• Drive strategic planning and operational excellence in incident response and risk mitigation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 10+ years in security leadership, expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, incident response, and physical security; strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CPP are a plus.
