Job Description
Jimlad Dev Limited seeks a dynamic Chief Sales & Marketing Officer to lead integrated sales and marketing for real estate in Ajah, Lagos.
- Compensation: ₦200,00–₦300,00/month; HMO, performance bonuses, sales commission, and access to training and career development.
- Responsibilities: drive revenue and brand visibility, manage regional sales targets, implement integrated strategies, and build high-performing teams.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), minimum 7 years in sales and marketing leadership with proven real estate or investment marketing experience, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
