Job Description
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO in shaping strategy and ensuring operational excellence. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing priorities and projects, preparing executive briefings, tracking key metrics, and representing the CEO in meetings.
- Qualifications: 7+ years in strategy, operations, or program management; bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Attributes: strong analytical and communication skills, demonstrated leadership, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
